October: A month of reading and rest.

At least, that’s the current plan. I have a very long to-do list but I am going to make time for myself. It’s called my new personal convenant- no socialising this month. Putting myself first because I don’t think feeling this frazzled is good for me, I literally feel like my nerves are jumping around and disconnecting themselves.

Add some more ingredients — inadequate sleep, poor dietary habits, caffeine addiction, the urge to project our preferred identity, a sedentary lifestyle — and we have the perfect recipe for unremitting anxiety and restlessness.
